To initiate a return refund and exchange, please email us at info@lilbeesboutique.com. Once we confirm your return, kindly send back the items within 7 days for UAE domestic orders and 30 days for international orders from the fulfillment date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage.
- Items must be in all original packaging (pouches, boxes, etc.).
Please note that returns received in unsatisfactory condition will not be accepted, and the responsibility will lie with the customer. Once we receive the returned items at our studio, we will inspect them and process your refund within 48 hours.
Non-returnable items:
- Earrings – for hygienic reasons
- Gift cards
- Products from our ” sale” section
FAULTY ITEMS:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will promptly evaluate the issue and either replace the item or provide a full refund, covering all necessary shipping costs.
